This application allows me to learn more about you & to discern together whether you are ready to embark on this transformative year-long journey.

You will hear from me within 24 - 48 hours regarding the outcome of your application. If your application is successful, you will be invited to book an interview video call with me, Genevieve Akal, so that we can meet one another & ensure the container feels aligned and supportive for you.

Following your call, you will receive confirmation within 24 - 48 hours regarding your acceptance into the one-year container.

If welcomed into the circle, you will then be guided through the next step of securing your place by completing the first quarterly payment.

5. Sophia's Circle is offered at two different times to support different schedules. If you join, you’ll choose the day that works best for you and commit to attending that same session each week.

7. Twice a month we gather in small sharing circles. Women gather with women. Men gather with men.

 

These spaces are designed to support depth, resonance, and safety within shared lived experience.

 

Women's group: birth assigned female or trans women.

 

Men's group: birth assigned male or trans men.

 

Non-binary participants are asked to join according to their birth-assigned gender.

10. Sophia’s Circle runs for One Year (March 2026 - March 2027) and we meet online Once a Week for 2 hours.

The power of this circle requires its participants to be devoted to themselves and commit to showing up each week.
